Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans continued to have high production after starting QB Jameis Winston was sidelined with a shoulder injury. Evans has not scored a touchdown in Winston’s absence, however. The fourth-year wideout has at least five catches and 78 receiving yards in two of the three games without Winston. Evans was suspended in Week 10 for violating the NFL’s unsportsmanlike conduct rules after hitting New Orleans Saints rookie cornerback Marshon Lattimore on the sideline while Lattimore was jawing with Winston.
Fantasy football Week 13: Start or sit Mike Evans?
Can Evans find the end zone with a change under center? We break down the fantasy impact.

Evans is hoping to find the end zone against the Green Bay Packers Sunday. He will have Winston back under center for the contest. Evans has an awesome matchup against the Packers secondary. Green Bay has given up the fourth-most yards and touchdowns in the league to wideouts this season. They have given up 100 receiving yards or more to three wideouts in the last four games.
Fantasy impact: Evans is playing well and he has not even come close to reaching his full potential. He has a high fantasy floor that he continues to meet weekly. The question now is, can he get over the scoring hump with Winston back in the lineup? Evans is still one of the best wideouts in the league. He has the potential to really blow up against a struggling Packers secondary Sunday no matter who is under center.
