The Green Bay Packers have turned to rookie rusher Jamaal Williams to handle the backfield duties while running backs Ty Montgomery and Aaron Jones are sidelined with injuries. Williams posted his best game of the season in their absence Sunday vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers. He rushed 21 times for 66 yards and a touchdown and caught four passes for 69 yards and a touchdown in the loss. It was the most touches Williams has had all year.
Fantasy football Week 13: Start or sit Jamaal Williams?
The rookie running back is carrying a Packers backfield ravished by injuries. We break down the fantasy impact.

The Packers are hoping to have Jones back for the matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday. Jones returned to limited practice Wednesday. Williams will have a reduced role if Jones can play. Either way, the fourth-round pick faces an average Bucs run defense that has given up the fourth-most touchdowns to RBs this season.
Fantasy impact: Williams does not have much fantasy stock as is; he takes a huge hit if Jones is back in the lineup Sunday. The rookie has an easier matchup this week vs. the Bucs. However, he is averaging only around 3 yards per carry. He needs a high-volume game and score to warrant a start. It will be hard for him to pull all that off in back-to-back weeks, and it definitely will not happen if Jones plays.
