Week 1 was always going to be hard for T.Y. Hilton and the Colts offense. They head to Los Angeles to face one of the best defenses in the NFL and now they have to do it without star QB Andrew Luck.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 1: T.Y. Hilton
Can Hilton produce with Andrew Luck out? We break down the fantasy impact.

Luck had shoulder surgery over the summer and could be out the first month of the season. The Colts are going to have fourth-year backup Scott Tolzien leading the charge. That puts Hilton’s numbers in jeopardy. The Rams’ front seven is ferocious, but they have some holes in the secondary that Hilton may be able to exploit.
The three-time Pro Bowler led the league in reception yards last season with Luck under center. He caught a career high 91 passes for 1,448 yards; he also scored six touchdowns. Hilton’s production will take a hit with Luck off the field.
Fantasy impact:
There may be too many hurdles for Hilton to tackle this week. There is no doubting his talent; however, there is plenty of skepticism with Tolzien. The Rams secondary can be exploited, but does Tolzien have the arm to do it? Not at all. Hilton will have to get creative to help out his QB in this game and with all of that uncertainty, he is looking at a very low output Sunday.
