Editor’s update: Crowder is expected to play, per Ian Rapoport. He is a solid play against the Eagles defense.
Jamison Crowder injury update: Washington WR questionable vs. Eagles
Jamison Crowder left practice Friday listed as questionable (hip) for the Washington opener against the Eagles. We break down the fantasy implications.

Washington wide receiver Jamison Crowder ended up being listed as questionable (hip) Friday for the season opener vs. the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday but there is not much for concern out of Washington. The Duke product was quoted saying he fully expects to play and was feeling good following Friday’s practice.
Crowder had a breakout season in 2016, grabbing 67 catches for 847 yards and seven touchdowns in a crowded wide receiving core. This year brings another opportunity to take his game to the next level with the departures of DeSean Jackson to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Pierre Garçon to the San Francisco 49ers. Washington needs to replace the production of two 1,000-yard receivers and I see Crowder easily filling one of those roles.
Fantasy Impact: I fully expect Crowder to play and play well on Sunday. Washington will need him to step in as one of the primary weapons in the offense opposite Jordan Reed. With Garçon and Jackson gone in addition to Terrelle Pryor entering just his second year at receiver, Crowder should see plenty of targets from Kirk Cousins.
