Editor’s update: Ian Rapoport is reporting Rawls will not play until he is 100 percent. That suggests he will sit out against the Packers.
Thomas Rawls injury update: Seahawks RB questionable vs. Packers
Thomas Rawls practiced all week but is still considered questionable (Ankle) for the Seahawks opener in Green Bay. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Seattle Seahawks listed running back Thomas Rawls questionable (ankle) for Sunday’s opener against the Green Bay Packers, despite putting in a full week of practice. The third-year Central Michigan product will be slowly mixed into the offense after missing the latter stages of training camp with the injury.
Rawls broke on the scene during his rookie year accounting for 830 yards, 5.3 yards per carry, and four touchdowns after Marshawn Lynch went down with an injury in 2015. He also had a season-ending injury in 2015 and has been struggling to stay on the field ever since.
Fantasy Impact: The reports out of Seattle suggest that Thomas Rawls is not a big part of the Seahawks game plan going into Green Bay this week. They are expected to have Eddie Lacy be the starter with C.J. Prosise being the change of pace/third down running back. Rawls posting a full week of practice is a great sign for the rest of the season but I don’t expect him having a huge role this week unless Lacy melts down or has an injury. We will find out more about Rawls in the coming weeks.
