Thomas Rawls will make his season debut on Sunday as his Seattle Seahawks host division foe San Francisco.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 2: Thomas Rawls
The Seattle Seahawks running back depth chart has a lot of questions with another option added in.

After missing the first game, it guarantees that Rawls will go three straight seasons where he’s been unable to play a full season. He played 13 games his rookie year, then nine games last season where his yards per carry went from 5.6 to 3.2 and yards per game decreased by nearly 50 percent, going from 63.8 in 2015 to 38.8 in 2016.
Rawls is listed atop Seattle’s depth chart at RB, with Eddie Lacy, C.J. Prosise and Chris Carson in behind.
Fantasy impact:
The Seahawks really struggled on the ground last week at Green Bay. To be fair, both teams had weak running games, but Seattle rushed 18 times for 90 yards. Wilson led the team with 40 yards on two carries, as Carson had six attempts for 39 yards, Prosise had 11 yards on four carries, and Lacy had five rushes for three yards. I want to believe that Rawls is talented enough to take that top Seattle RB spot and run with it — no pun intended — but I need to see him rush well on a consistent basis before I’m considering him in non-deep leagues. Even with being heavy favorites, the Seahawks backfield is murky and still in a wait-and-see approach.
Recommendation: Sit
