Brian Hoyer is having a rough transition to the NFC West. The nine-year veteran was held under 100 yards passing in the San Francisco 49ers Week 2 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. He has thrown 292 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions so far this season. He also has a fumble lost.
Fantasy Football start/sit advice, Rams vs. 49ers TNF: Brian Hoyer
Hoyer’s fantasy stock stays low as he faces another tough defense on a short week.

Things will not get any easier for Hoyer on the short week. San Fran’s division rival, the Los Angeles Rams, bring their fourth-ranked passing offense to town and Hoyer could be without TE George Kittle for the game.
Fantasy impact: There is no need to start or pick up Hoyer this week. At this point, many in San Francisco are just waiting for rookie C.J. Beathard to take over under center. The front four for the Rams already have six sacks and the secondary has two interceptions this season. It is more likely Hoyer will pad the Rams’ defense stat line this game rather than his own.
