Ahead of the upcoming Singapore Grand Prix, McLaren Formula 1 Team and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey announced a “multi-year extension” of the global partnership between the two brands. As part of the collaboration, Jack Daniel’s will continue as an Official Partner of the McLaren F1 Team, and initiatives such as limited-edition bottles and Jack’s Garage activations at select races will forge ahead.

Since the partnership was launched in 2022, the two brands have released several limited-edition whiskeys and brought the Jack’s Garage activations to race fans in Australia, Great Britain, and the United States.

Ahead of the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix in 2023, the two combined for this video titled “Special Delivery,” which begins at the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg and features drivers Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris:

In the days before that race, I spoke with Piastri about that campaign and others McLaren had run that season.

“The Jack Daniels one that we just filmed was very fun,” described Piastri.

“There’s been a few good ones through the year,” continued Piastri. “The house of cards one was tough. It was very difficult to build a house of cards on a slippery surface. But, yeah, the Jack Daniels one has probably been the highlight. I think there’s a shot of us with the fire in the background, that’s where they make all the charcoal. So, getting to see that kind of facility was cool as well, but there’s definitely been some, some funny moments.”

“We’re proud to extend our partnership with Jack Daniel’s, a brand that shares our passion for heritage, innovation, and creating unforgettable experiences for fans,” said Matt Dennington, Co-Chief Commercial Officer, McLaren Racing. “Since 2022, our collaboration has delivered standout moments off the track, and we’re excited to build on this success as we look ahead to the future together.”

The 2025 Formula 1 season resumes next week at the Singapore Grand Prix, where McLaren can clinch their second consecutive Constructors’ Championship.

Perhaps some Jack Daniel’s will be on offer if the celebrations begin.
