So, this happened at the Frys.com Open on Sunday.

Male fan ran onto 7th green and threw hot dog at tiger today. Arrested and dragged off. “That guy could have gotten shot,” Arjun Atwal said.

And because that needed an update:

Elaborate? A guy yelled his name, ran onto green, threw hot dog at Tiger. Cops wrangled and arrested him. Had been drinking. No harm done.

You all think golf is a boring sport, but you never know when a hammered guy with a hot dog will snap. And when it happens, you best be watching.

Update: Not drunk?

Cardoza said the man claims he wasn’t throwing the hot dog at Woods, rather tossing it in the air. He said the man acknowledged having a drink earlier in the day, that the man was not drunk.
