2012 Children’s Miracle Network Classic purse: Charlie Beljan has big payday
Charlie Beljan needed to earn a big chunk of change this weekend to guarantee his 2013 TOUR card, and he did just that.

The CMNC was easily the largest remaining purse of the year, with $4.6 million handed out in total. It was important for many players trying to finish in the top 125 on the PGA money list and earn full membership for the 2013 season.
Beljan entered the tournament on the outside looking in at 139th. The payday more than doubled his yearly earnings, and vaulted him to 76th.
Robert Garrigus and and Matt Every recevied $413,600 by tying for second. Fourth-place netted Brian Gay $225,600, while the four golfers tied in fifth took home $165,088.
Kevin Chappell’s $23,735 check for 34th was just enough to hold off Jerry Kelly for the 125th spot. Kelly nabbed $112,800 for landing in a six-way tie for ninth.
