Wyndham Championship 2012: Sergio Garcia Finishes 3rd Round With Lead

After three rounds at the Wyndham Championship in Greenboro, N.C., the field is still very tight with Sergio Garcia one stroke ahead of the closest competitors. After shooting a 66 on Saturday, Garcia (14-under) lleads a field that features 15 other golfers with scorecards at 10-under par or better.

Through the first two rounds of the tournament, Jimmy Walker led Webb Simpson for the lead, but both Walker and Simpson shot 71 in their third rounds and dropped to ties for seventh and 10th, respectively. Simpson is the reigning champion of the Wyndham Championship, and won the tournament at 18-under.

Directly behind Spanish-born Garcia entering the final day of the tournament are Bud Cauley and Tim Clark in a tie for second with scores of 13-under.

The best score of the day on Saturday came from Jason Duffner, who shot 63 for 7-under on the day and 12-under overall, catapulting him into a tie for fourth.
