The Barclays 2012 Leaderboard Update: Nick Watney Is On Top

Nick Watney took the lead at Round 2 of the Barclays championship on Friday, shooting a 3-under par through the first seven holes. With that score, he passed Vijay Singh, who held the lead when he finished with a 4-under score for the day and 7-under for the tournament.

Watney did, however, bogey the eighth hole to drop his lead from two shots to one. Bob Estes and Pat Perez are both tied with Singh with 7-under scores.

Henrick Stenson had a really good Friday with a 6-under par score for the day, but his rough Thursday score only has him at 4-under for the tournament.

Tiger Woods is at even-par through six holes on Friday. Phil Mickelson is also shooting an even-par score through seven holes and like Woods, 3-under for the tourney.
