BMW Championship Leaderboard: Vijay Singh Takes Lead On Friday

Vijay Singh fired a 6-under 66 in the second round of the 2012 BMW Championship on Friday, putting himself atop the leaderboard at 13-under at Crooked Stick Golf Club.

Singh started off the back nine this morning, carding seven birdies including his last hole of the day, and just one bogey after dropping a shot on the par-4 fourth hole.

FedEx Cup points leader Rory McIlroy is still out on the course, sitting just one shot back at 12-under through 14 holes on the day along with Ryan Palmer. They are two shots clear of the field as Lee Westwood and South Korea’s Seung-Yui Noh are tied for fourth place at 10-under for the week.
