Tiger Woods is still the top golfer in the world according to the latest World Golf Rankings. There was hardly any movement in the top 10, actually, with only Luke Donald and Brandt Snedeker swapping spots this week. Rory McIlroy, Adam Scott, Matt Kuchar and Justin Rose round out the top five behind Woods.
Official World Golf Rankings 2013: Tiger Woods still tops, Harris English in top 100 for first time
Tiger Woods remains the world’s best golfer, but the feel good story of the PGA this week is the arrival of 23-year-old Harris English into the top 100.

Harris English, who just took home his first PGA Tour title, moved up 55 spots to crack the top 100 for the first time in his career. English birdied two of the last three holes en route to winning the FedEx St. Jude Classic on Sunday, and although he didn’t get a U.S. Open berth with the win, he is now ranked No. 84 in the world. Scott Stallings, who tied for second at the FedEx St. Jude Classic, moved up 22 spots to No. 77.
The lack of movement at the top ensures a star-struck first two rounds of the 2013 U.S. Open at the Merion Golf Club. Woods, McIlroy and Scott, the top three golfers in the world, will all tee off together through the first two rounds of the 113th year of the tournament.
