The year of Spieth isn’t over yet so he’s still throwing darts, acing just the second hole of what will be his final event of 2015.

The 2015 Player of the Year is not done. Jordan Spieth, who slam dunked his second career ace just a couple months back in third leg of the FedExCup, dropped it right in the cup on just his second hole of this week’s Hero World Challenge.
The Hero World Challenge is an exclusive limited-field party hosted by Tiger Woods. There are typically less than 20 players but they’re all the top talents in the world rankings. It was about this time last year that Spieth set himself up for his historic 2015. He won the Australian Open by six strokes and then flew back and dominated this event by 10 shots -- a stretch he would credit as the overlooked ignition for his two-major PoY 2015.
Spieth nearly pulled off the back-to-back feat in Australia last week, settling for second-place. It’s unlikely he runs away by 10 again in this event but a hole-in-one just a few minutes into your week is not a bad way to start.
