John Daly had himself quite a day on the golf course Thursday at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.
Bill Murray and Herm Edwards adopt John Daly’s sartorial splendor
John Daly has been spreading the word about Loudmouth for years and has worthy followers in Bill Murray and Herm Edwards.

Sure, Long John fired an opening-round 65 -- to match his career-low opening score -- and found himself one shot off the lead heading into Friday. The recently engaged two-time major champ once again had his betrothed, Anna Cladakis, handing him his clubs and guiding him to a flawless 7-under.
But while Daly called the perfect scoring conditions “awesome,” we’re guessing he was also rather pleased to note that his Loudmouth ideology was catching on across the Monterey Peninsula.
Not only was JD attired fittingly in “Return to the Jungle” pants, but his celebrity playing partner, NFL analyst and former coach Herm Edwards, sported pink flamingos on his stroll on the links.

Then again, the multi-talented gopher-hater has been a Loudmouth acolyte for years and has even been known to strut his stuff in trousers bedecked with tiny Ellen DeGeneres faces, so there’s that.
