2015 Indy 500 Weather forecast: Could rain on race day be a problem?
How does the weather look for the 98th running of the Greatest Spectacle in racing? Check out the weather forecast for all the activities at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Indianapolis 500.
Weather is not a concern for Indianapolis Friday or Saturday. Picture perfect weather with mostly sunny to sunny skies and temperatures in the lower to middle 70s. As for the 99th running of the Greatest Spectacle in Racing, the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, there has been some concern for rain but that threat is starting to diminish. I expect Sunday to be mostly dry but the radar will need to be watched during the second half. While the threat is low, there is a chance later in the afternoon of showers or storms popping up.
