Qualifying for the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 takes place in one weekend with Pole Day qualifying on Sunday. Other than a few passing showers on Saturday morning, around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway weather will be dry. Winds will be breezy Saturday out of the north between 10 to 20 mph. Temperatures will be in the upper 60s to near 70.

Overall a dry weather forecast for Indianapolis 500 qualifying weekend. Will a breezy north wind cause problems for the cars out on the track?
Sunday is a nicer day with plenty of sunshine, a slight breeze out of the north between 10-15 mph, and warmer temperatures. Afternoon temperatures will reach the middle 70s on Sunday afternoon.
