The pass fell incomplete, giving Denver a massive defensive stop and the ball back. Gronkowski, however, was very upset he didn’t draw pass interference.
There was some contact, and Patriots fans would likely point out that Aqib Talib appeared to be grabbing a handful of Gronkowski’s jersey before the ball arrived. This is nothing new for Gronkowski and New England either. He’s been very vocal in saying he doesn’t think he gets fair treatment from refs.
