Draymond Green yelled at the Blazers bench to take a timeout after game-tying 3-pointer
Even when the Golden State Warriors are down, are they really losing? At times it doesn’t seem that way. No matter what situation they’re in, the team eventually finds a way.
And at this point in the postseason, the Warriors aren’t even hiding the fact that they’re ridiculously confident, almost to the point of being cocky.
Take Wednesday’s Game 2 against the Trail Blazers. Despite chasing the lead in the middle of the fourth quarter, Klay Thompson nailed a three-pointer to tie the game. Most opposing coaches would call a timeout after that. Draymond Green knows all too well about that formula, so he recommended the Blazers call a timeout as he made his way back on defense.
Bold strategy. Maybe Draymond is starting his coaching career early?
