↵Right-hander Neftali Feliz, buoyed by confidence in a new cut fastball, just told reporters that he wants to be a starting pitcher and his goal the rest of spring training is to make the Rangers' rotation.

↵It’s all about staying healthy. With Feliz’s pitches -- including that new cutter -- he’s obviously got the ability to rank among the Rangers’ (and perhaps the American League’s) best starting pitchers. I just hope the Rangers pay someone to judge Feliz’s ability to hold up over the course of six months and 200 innings.
