Diamondbacks Set Rotation Without Armando Galarraga

Steve Gilbert's reporting that Barry Enright has beaten out Armando Galarraga for the Diamondbacks' No. 5 starter slot.

↵This really wasn’t a fair fight. Enright is young, pitched effectively for the D’backs last season, and did some impressive things in the minors. Galarraga is not young, and hasn’t pitched well since 2008. Throw in their wildly different spring stats -- Enight’s been fine, Galarraga’s been hammered -- and Kirk Gibson’s choice here was easy.

↵Oh, well. As Craig points out, this will give Galarraga more time to work on his book.
