No real surprises here, though I probably wouldn’t have guessed there would be three Phillies in the top five (granted, Cliff Lee didn’t with Philadelphia until the middle of December, so presumably most of his jerseys sold in 2010 were Mariners and Rangers togs). And if I had expected three (or two) Phillies, I probably would have guessed that Ryan Howard would have been one of them.
If nothing else, this list does illuminate the Yankees’ reluctance to let Derek Jeter get away.
