Rays vs. Indians AL Wild Card game score: Tampa Bay leads, 3-0

The Rays are doing it again.

A solo home run by Delmon Young and a two-out, two-run double off the bat of Desmond Jennings has given the Tampa Bay Rays a 3-0 lead over the Cleveland Indians through four innings of the American League Wild Card game on Wednesday.

Cleveland starter Danny Salazar was cruising until Young led off the third inning by crushing a first-pitch fastball into the left field bleachers. After Rays starter Alex Cobb worked around a one-out single in the bottom of the third, his team added two more on Jennings' big hit, which plated James Loney and Evan Longoria.

The Indians loaded the bases against Cobb via hits by Carlos Santana and Michael Brantley and a Ryan Raburn walk, but Asdrubal Cabrera grounded into a rally-killing double play to end the fourth.
