The NASCAR 2013 Sprint Unlimited is now in the books, and Kevin Harvick is your winner. He just barely made it, holding off a dwindling gas tank and Greg Biffle for the victory.

The Sprint Unlimited is the new name for the Budweiser Shootout, and it’s a non-points race prior to the Daytona 500. The event featured 19 drivers who had won poles or who were previous winners of the event.

It was broken into three segments, of which Harvick won both the second and the third. Tony Stewart took the first segment. The third segment consisted of a 20-lap shootout. Harvick’s car came to a stop before he could even finish his celebratory burnout.

There was a wreck in the second segment that eliminated six contenders. It started when Stewart came across Marcos Ambrose’s nose at the exit of Turn 1, and drivers behind the two swerved and collided. Jimmie Johnson, Denny Hamlin, Jeff Gordon, Mark Martin, Kyle Busch and Kurt Busch were all taken out of the race in the crash.

Below are full results for the race:

1. Kevin Harvick
2. Greg Biffle
3. Joey Logano
