The 2013 Chase for the Sprint Cup begins this weekend at Chicagoland Speedway with the Geico 400. One of the biggest events in racing, the multi-race competition features a wide open field that could lead to some really exciting action.

How to watch the first step in the 2013 Chase for the Sprint Cup on Sunday.


Jimmie Johnson, last year’s runner-up at Chicagoland Speedway, will be in pole position for Sunday’s race. Johnson has never won in Joliet, Ill., but he’s had a relatively solid year and could get out to a strong start in the Chase if Brad Keselowski isn’t able to defend his title.
ESPN starts its race coverage at 1 p.m. ET with a pre-race show. One hour later full race coverage begins, with Allen Bestwick, Dale Jarrett and Andy Petree. The race will re-air on Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. on ESPN2.
