2014 NASCAR All-Star Race and Nationwide at Iowa Speedway weather forecasts

With the NASCAR Sprint Cup All-Star race tonight at Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Nationwide race tomorrow at Iowa Speedway, will Mother Nature once again try to ruin a perfectly good NASCAR weekend?
