NASCAR Sprint Unlimited 2015 weather forecast: Looks like a winner

Weather forecast for today’s Sprint Unlimited and Daytona 500 pole qualifying.

Weather is not a concern for today or Sunday at Daytona International Speedway. The Sprint Cup season kicks off with the Sprint Unlimited tonight and then Daytona 500 pole qualifying Sunday afternoon. Overall weather is not going to be an issue for either event.

Sprint Unlimited 2015 Race Day Forecast

Weather for both the ARCA race and the Sprint Cup race today will be picture perfect. You can see the detailed weather forecast below. As for Sunday’s pole qualifying for the Great American Race, the weather will remain nice but cool. Winds will be a little breezy and could see gusts near 20 mph.

What’s The Forecast For The Daytona 500?
It is still too early. As of right now, yes it looks mostly dry but I’ve seen this change too many times to feel confident about any weather forecast eight days out. Right now we are mostly dry through Tuesday afternoon, with rain arriving Tuesday night into Wednesday across Florida.
