Fans like to say, “Have a drought? Just schedule a NASCAR race.” California is currently under a severe drought. Unfortunate for California but fortunate for NASCAR, rain is not in the weather forecast this weekend.
2015 NASCAR At Sonoma weather forecast: No rain this weekend
NASCAR was starting to get a little waterlogged after rain had been an issue for the past few races. NASCAR is back out West where they return to dry weather.

It’s a picture perfect race weekend for NASCAR as it visits Sonoma Raceway in northern California. Fair weather will be in place all weekend as NASCAR visits its first road course of the season. Temperatures all weekend will be in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees.
