It’s absolutely impossible to find fault with today’s weather forecast for the NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Sonoma Raceway. The only people who would actually like to see rain Sunday in Sonoma are those who live there dealing with the California drought.

NASCAR race day at Sonoma Raceway appears to be void of any weather troubles for the first road course of the Sprint Cup season


It will be partly to mostly sunny all day, nice comfortable temperatures in the lower to middle 70s during the race. It will be a good day for some road course racing.
