2015 NASCAR At Watkins Glen: Another mostly dry weekend

Should be another dry NASCAR weekend at Watkins Glen International.

The weather for a second road course on the Sprint Cup NASCAR schedule looks to be fairly quiet weather-wise this weekend at Watkins Glen. This stretch from the end of July to the beginning of August across the Mid-Atlantic to the Great Lakes can have some questionable weather. I have seen years where both Pocono and Watkins Glen had to deal with bad weather. The good news is it looks like Watkins Glen will get pretty much the same weather as Pocono did last weekend.

The only chance of rain we have in the weather forecast is on Sunday afternoon as a weak system swings through. This could spark a few isolated showers or storms. For the most part, Sunday looks mostly dry but not completely ruling out a stray shower.
