It’s early November at Texas Motor Speedway as we wind down the 2017 NASCAR season, and our race day weather will focus on heat and wind rather than precipitation falling from the sky.
Texas Motor Speedway NASCAR playoff weather - Windy and hot race day
It won’t be rain, but the heat and the wind for NASCAR’s AAA Texas 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Race temperatures will be in the upper 80s, flirting with 90, and winds will be out of the south-southwest gusting 25-to-30 mph. While it won’t be wet, a hot track and gusty winds could make for some rough handling race cars during the AAA Texas 500.
