Heat Vs. Hawks Score: This Basketball Game Is Over At Halftime
The Miami Heat are battering the Atlanta Hawks at halftime, up 62-49. The Hawks don’t care all that much, having locked up their playoff spot already, though the not-caring Hawks kind of looks like the caring Hawks anyway. LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh have combined for 49 points already.
With 19 points, seven boards, and four assists, James could achieve a triple-double, but he’s not going to play long enough to worry about all that.

LeBron James has owned Philips Arena of late, scoring 43 points in the Miami Heat’s last road game against the Atlanta Hawks. Tonight he’s on pace for an even bigger sum, posting 12 in the first quarter, though he’s not likely to play the entire game if this one starts getting lopsided. Miami leads 28-21 at the end of the period.
Atlanta’s also not likely to play their starters much longer. Josh Smith is back on the court after missing a handful of contests due to injury, securing four offensive rebounds in 10 minutes.
