The Miami Heat are battering the Atlanta Hawks at halftime, up 62-49. The Hawks don’t care all that much, having locked up their playoff spot already, though the not-caring Hawks kind of looks like the caring Hawks anyway. LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh have combined for 49 points already.
Heat Vs. Hawks Score: This Basketball Game Is Over At Halftime
With 19 points, seven boards, and four assists, James could achieve a triple-double, but he’s not going to play long enough to worry about all that.
Choosing to cover this game was not a sensational idea, but I figured the fact that it’s a critical one for the Heat should’ve made it a decent one. Of course, the Hawks are playing a good team in their home arena, which moots any point made in favor of whatever matchup may be in discussion.
