Phoenix Suns forward Grant Hill will undergo a "minor" knee surgery and be out until at least mid-April, if not the rest of the season, according to Paul Coro of the Arizona Republic. A MRI revealed that Hill suffered a torn meniscus in his right knee, the same one that he had arthroscopic surgery on last September.

It remains unclear whether Hill will indeed miss the rest of the year, but he will certainly be out for several of the Suns’ remaining 15 games. More details will be known after the surgery takes place.

The injury had kept Hill out of action since last Sunday, as the pain worsened when he took a charge against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He said he had been in pain for at least the past two weeks.

The 39-year old Hill was still going strong this year, but his production had taken a hit from where he was during an outstanding 2010-11 season.
