The Indiana Pacers and Orlando Magic have been stubbornly resistant to playing entertaining basketball in the Eastern Conference quarterfinals, a trend that has continued into Game 3. Indiana leads 44-38 at the half.
NBA Playoffs 2012, Pacers Vs. Magic Halftime Score: Indiana Leads, 44-38
The Pacers shot 52.9 percent from the floor in the first two quarters, getting 13 points from George Hill and 11 from Danny Granger. And while Roy Hibbert doesn't have a lot to show for his defensive play in the box score (six points, five rebounds, one block), he's helped limit Orlando to 41.5 percent shooting from the field.
Glen Davis has had the Magic's most productive first half, as well as its most joyous. His 16 points lead all scorers, and he high-stepped at one juncture, giving the NBA TV crew an excuse to interview him at the half.
