Twelve unanswered points to open the fourth quarter gave the Golden State Warriors a cushion over the visiting Dallas Mavericks, but a block by Andrew Bogut in the game's final seconds could be credited for Golden State's win.

Golden State needed every bit of a 13-point lead built up early in the fourth quarter, as the Mavs charged back to within one in the game’s final seconds.
Bogut rejected Brandan Wright's attempt in the paint with six seconds remaining, and Jarrett Jack made good on two free throws at the other end of the court for the game's 100-97 final score.

The Mavs chipped away at Golden State's 13-point lead in the fourth, and O.J. Mayo had a chance to tie things up with less than a minute to play. However, he converted only the first of two free throws, and his team's comeback stalled there. Dallas never led in the game after tying it at 48-all with 2:57 remaining in the first half.
Golden State's Klay Thompson got the start for the injured Stephen Curry and responded with 27 points on 18 attempts and a pair of free throws made. David Lee just missed out on a triple-double with 15 points, 20 rebounds and nine assists. Jack added 13 points in the win.
Mayo led the way for the Mavericks with 25 points. Vince Carter added 22 off the bench, and Shawn Marion chipped in 18. Dirk Nowitzki sat out the game for Dallas.
