Blatt would instead rather focus the job Irving has done taking care off the ball, according to Chris Fedor of Northeast Ohio Media Group:
Irving turned the ball over just once against the Pelicans, which is the fourth straight game he has only turned it over one time. Considering he’s averaging over 40 minutes in those four outings, that’s impressive.

After playing only 10 games total in the last two seasons combined, it felt incredibly cruel to see the Bulls star suffer two sprained ankles on the same play in the second game of the season. The injuries forced Rose to sit out in four of Chicago’s next five games, but he returned to the lineup against the Pistons on Monday. He looked great in doing so.
Rose was aggressive from the opening tip in his matchup against Brandon Jennings, pushing the pace and finding his way into the teeth of the defense early and often. By halftime, he had 13 points five assists and numerous highlight plays like this one:
