NBA playoffs 2014, Heat vs. Bobcats: Game time, TV schedule, radio and more

The Miami Heat will be gunning for a first-round sweep when they face the Charlotte Bobcats at Time Warner Cable Arena on Monday night. With a victory, the Heat would be the first team to advance in the 2014 NBA Playoffs.

The Bobcats actually led Game 3 after the first quarter, with Al Jefferson pouring in 15 points in the frame. But Jefferson, hobbled by a left foot injury, only scored five points the rest of the game, and the Heat took over in the middle quarters on their way to an easy 98-85 win.

LeBron James did it all for Miami, putting up 30 points, 10 rebounds and six assists in the victory. James has been superb all series, averaging 29.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists while shooting 56.9 percent from the field. Dwyane Wade added 17 points in Game 3, while Chris Andersen was the only other Heat player to score in double figures with 12.

Chris Douglas-Roberts did have 17 points off the bench for the Bobcats, but nine of those came in the fourth quarter when the game was out of hand. The rest of the bench combined to shoot 3-of-16, and Charlotte didn't get nearly enough from the non-Jefferson starters. As expected, the Bobcats are simply getting outclassed by the two-time defending champions.
