USA vs. Australia 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch Team USA basketball online

The Americans face their toughest test yet in the 2016 Olympics.

Team USA is now two games into its Olympic run and, unsurprisingly, has yet to be tested. The Americans opened up pool play with an easy 119-62 win over China and followed that up with a 113-69 shellacking of Venezuela. Kevin Durant, in his first Olympic experience, is averaging 20.5 points per game and connecting on 70 percent on his three-pointers.

But things could prove a bit more difficult Wednesday evening when Team USA faces Australia, one of the most talented squads in the tournament.

The Boomers boast a plethora of NBA players: Andrew Bogut, Patty Mills, Matthew Dellavedova, Joe Ingles and Aron Baynes. They're also 2-0 thus far in pool play, with double-digit wins over both top contenders France and Serbia.

Mills led all scores during the 2012 Olympics and has gotten off to another hot start this time around. Mills is averaging a tournament-high 23.5 points per game thus far. Bogut has been chipping in with 13.5 points and eight rebounds, while Dellavedova is averaging 13.5 points and 11.5 assists. All three will have to put up monster numbers for the Australians to have a chance against an American team that is off to a scorching start.
