James Harden scored the first 60-point triple-double in NBA history in a 114-107 win over the Magic on Tuesday night. That mark also broke the Houston Rocketsfranchise record for points in a game.

Are you freakin’ kidding, Harden?

Harden’s play was directly responsible for 86 points! The Rockets were without Trevor Ariza, Chris Paul, and Eric Gordon for all but 10 minutes (back stiffness). Didn’t matter.

Harden scored his 60 points on 19-of-30 shooting from the field. He made 17 of 18 free throws, five threes, had 11 assists, 10 rebounds, four steals, and turned the ball over just five times in 46 minutes!

The MVP award is for the taking and James Harden is taking it.

Take it from a few guys who know about MVPs:

Kevin Love’s injury makes the Cavs’ murky season even darker

Just when you thought things couldn’t get any worse ... Dysfunctional locker room? Check. Bad defense? Check. Wacky rotations? Check. Now we can add major injuries to that list.

Kevin Love broke the fifth metacarpal in his left hand, and could be out for as long as eight weeks. Here’s the play he injured it on:

Isaiah Thomas is still struggling to find his way, but he’ll need to step up now or the Cavs will free fall.

By the way, the Pistons beat the Cavaliers with half their roster gone

Avery Bradley, Tobias Harris, and Boban Marjanovic were all shipped to the Clippers in a Monday night trade so they weren’t around on Tuesday night. The Pistons were also without Blake Griffin, who they received from that trade. But the Pistons still managed to put up 125 on the Cavs. That defense ain’t getting any better in Cleveland.

Reggie Bullock, Stanley Johnson, and Anthony Tolliver managed to put up season highs against the Cavaliers on Tuesday night. Those are three rotation players, yet they combined for 68 points against the Cavs. Yikes.

Damian Lillard debuted a new Bape colorway for his shoe

They’re FIRE. You cannot tell me otherwise.

Have you ever seen those shorts with the shark face on them? Or the hoodies? That look like this?

This is A Bathing Ape, or Bape, for short. And Damian Lillard has a new Bape colorway of the Dame 4 and they come equipped with shark teeth!

I need these in my life.
