Pac-10 Tournament Bracket Update: TV Schedule And Quarterfinal Matchups Set

Today’s quarterfinals of the Pac-10 Tournament could decide NCAA Tournament fates, and none more so than the last game of the day, an Apple Cup rematch.

Third-seeded Washington takes on sixth-seeded Washington State in the tournament nightcap, and the Huskies need wins — at least a win — to secure their NCAA Tournament return. A loss to the rival Cougars would leave Washington in possession of a very weak resume with a long weekend of watching other teams try to play their way in to come.

Earlier in Los Angeles, USC will get Cal in the day’s first game, with both teams looking for a long run to vault into at-large consideration; top-seeded Arizona plays bottom-dwelling Oregon State; and UCLA gets Oregon, which defeated Arizona State 76-69 late last night. All games take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles; every round until the Pac-10 Tournament final is broadcast by Fox Sports Net, while the championship game is on CBS.
