Minnesota Replacements Could Include Mike Leach (In Theory)
Mike Leach could be a candidate for the Minnesota coaching job, or at least it’s fun to talk about, as this TwinCities.com article makes clear. Leach has stated he’ll talk to anyone about getting back into college coaching.
It’s all idle speculation at the moment, but any speculation involving Mike Leach is speculation worth forwarding, since college football does miss something without the presence of the Dread Pirate Leach and his high-powered offenses.

In his 3+ seasons with Minnesota, Brewster compiled a record of 15-30 overall and 6-21 in the Big Ten. He also never defeated Wisconsin, Minnesota’s chief rival.
Brewster signed a contract extension in January will receive a buyout of approximately $600,000.
