Kenny Stills and Tony Jefferson, two University of Oklahoma football players who impact the team as freshmen this past season, were both arrested in January on misdemeanor complaints in their hometown of San Diego.

Oklahoma wide receiver Kenny Stills has been suspended for the season opener against Tulsa in response to his DUI arrest earlier this year. Stills is arguably one of the top targets in the Big 12, and is expected to play a major role in an explosive Oklahoma offense. He had 61 receptions for 786 yards and five touchdown as a freshman last season.

Oklahoma says that they will handle the situation internally as well.
Stills is coming off a record-breaking season as a wide receiver for the Sooners. He caught 61 passes for 786 yards and five touchdowns and set Oklahoma freshman records for catches and receiving yards.
Jefferson plays defensive back and he made 65 tackles, two sacks and two interceptions.
