2011 NFL Draft prospects are few and far-between in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl, with left tackle Anthony Castonzo headlining the bunch. Castonzo has been a mainstay on the Boston College offensive line, and comes in ranked as the No. 2 offensive tackle in the draft. In the latest 2011 NFL mock draft, SB Nation’s Brian Galliford has Castonzo going 27th to the Chicago Bears.

Here’s a look at the rest of the prospects, ranked by SB Nation’s Mocking the Draft.
Mark Herzlich, Boston College OLB: Ranked as the No.79 overall prospect, Herzlich registered 60 tackles in 2010, including 3.5 tackles for a loss. From his linebacker spot, Herlich was also impressive in covered, intercepting four passes and breaking up another four.
Montel Harris, Boston College RB: Harris led the way for the Eagles on the ground, rushing for 1,242 yards and eight touchdowns in 2010. Ranked as the No. 156 prospect, Harris should see plenty of touches against Nevada in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl.
Dontay Moch, Nevada hybrid OLB/DE: The only prospect of note for the Wolfpack, Moch ranked 81st overall by Mocking the Draft. The senior finished with 61 tackles, 22 of which came for a loss, and 8.5 sacks.
