Auburn Vs. Florida Halftime Score: Cold War Offense All Around, Tigers Lead

Seriously, can't stress how better off you are to be reading the score of this game than you would be watching it. The Auburn Tigers lead the Florida Gators, 7-6, at the half, missing a chance to tack on three more at the end of the second quarter.

A slog through the box score, if we must: dueling youngsters Barrett Trotter and Jacoby Brissett have now combined to go seven of 19 for 78 yards. The shining star: Trey Burton, who completed his only effort for eight yards.

Chris Rainey has 42 total yards, Michael Dyer has rushed for 36, and very little else has happened.

While being interviewed by Holly Rowe before hitting the locker room, Florida coach Will Muschamp likened the game to 1985. Do with that what you will.
