The Oklahoma Sooners had to travel to Manhattan, Kan., to play fellow top-ten ranked Kansas State, but it doesn't look good for the home team early. Oklahoma has hung two touchdowns on the scoreboard early, giving themselves a 14-3 cushion less than 10 minutes into the game after a quick K-State field goal.
Oklahoma Vs. Kansas State Score: Landry Jones Leads Sooners On Top Early
Oklahoma scored on its first two drives of the game. The first score, a rushing touchdown by Blake Bell, was followed quickly when Landry Jones connected with Dejuan Miller on an 11-yard pass. Jones has thrown for 129 yards and a touchdown already and the game isn't even one quarter to the end.
Kansas State's offense has been all quarterback Collin Krein, though not in a good way. Krein completed just one of his three passing attempts while rushing three times for a loss of eight yards before kicker Anthony Cantele bailed him out with a field goal.
