Oklahoma Vs. Kansas State Halftime Score: Sooners Hold Slim Lead

The Oklahoma Sooners shook whatever hangover there was from last weekend’s loss to Texas Tech early, but find themselves in a battle with Kansas State at the half. Oklahoma has the lead, 23-17, but the Wildcats are right there, despite an inability to throw the ball.

Compare the quarterback stats for a moment and the discrepancy jumps off the page. Oklahoma quarterback Landry Jones threw for 290 yards and two touchdowns in the first half, but also tossed two interceptions. Colin Klein, on the other hand, threw for just 32 yards on four completions. Klein, known more for his running, picked up 104 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
