It was a half of answers, with Auburn scoring the first 14 points of the game and Ole Miss clawing back. Clint Moseley threw touchdown passes of 13 and 45 yards in the first quarter to give the Tigers the lead, but Ole Miss answered with a one-yard run from Brandon Bolden.
Both teams exchanged field goals to open the second quarter, with Auburn holding a 17-10 lead. Bolden found the end zone again with six minutes to go in the half, and the Rebels climbed back into the game to tie it at 17.
That’s where it stayed headed into the half, with Ole Miss refusing to be put away at Jordan-Hare. Can the Rebels hang around in the second half, though?
