Washington Vs. USC Game Time, TV Schedule, Spread And More
No. 18 USC hosts the Washington Huskies at the Coliseum on Saturday afternoon.
USC holds a significant edge over the Huskies in the all-time series, but Washington has won two straight over the Trojans behind the right foot of kicker Erik Folk, whose last-minute field goals have been the difference. Folk connected on a 32-yard attempt as the clock expired for a 32-31 win in the Coliseum last season.
The Trojans are led offensively by quarterback Matt Barkley, who has completed 67 percent of his 342 pass attempts for 2,608 yards with 28 touchdowns and just six interceptions, earning the praise of Huskies head coach Steve Sarkisian, a former USC offensive coordinator ,who said that if he were running an NFL team, he'd take Barkley ahead Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck.
Sarkisian has himself a pretty good quarterback in Keith Price, who has completed 66.8 percent of 271 pass attempts for 2,133 yards with 25 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Price has struggled with turnovers the last two weeks, with half of his interceptions coming against Arizona and Oregon. Taking some pressure of Price is running back Chris Polk, who went over 1,000 yards for a third straight season and is 450 yards away from becoming the school's all-time leading rusher.
